Terms of Service

PR Publishing House is an independent book publisher that operates a writing studio ("the Studio") where authors write, format, and publish books. "We", "us", and "our" mean PR Publishing House. "You" means the person using the Studio.

You need an account to use the Studio. Keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to publish a book with us.

You keep the copyright and all rights in the words you write and the manuscripts you upload. Publishing through the Studio does not transfer your rights to us. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, format, produce, and (when you choose to publish) distribute your book under the PR Publishing House imprint on your instruction.

You can export your book files at any time, and you can stop using the Studio and remove your unpublished books.

The Studio uses AI to help you draft, develop, format, and check your book. You direct and review every step, and you decide what stays in the book. AI-assisted text can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and approving your book before you publish it.

You confirm that any manuscript or recording you bring is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that your book does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or plagiarised content. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you publish through the Studio.

When you choose to publish, your book is produced and issued with an ISBN under the PR Publishing House imprint. An ISBN is a permanent registry record and cannot be withdrawn once assigned. Fees, packages, and any print or distribution options are described at the point of purchase and are subject to their own terms.

When you publish, your book is shown in the PR Publishing House store and can be read by subscribers on our reader subscription. That subscription revenue belongs to PR Publishing House, and you do not earn a per-read royalty on the store. You keep your copyright throughout, and your book is always published under your name or pen name.

If you choose to sell your book on external marketplaces (for example Amazon or Flipkart), you earn a royalty on those sales on the terms shown to you when you opt in. You can remove your book from sale and from the store at any time; that stops new readers, though the ISBN registry record remains and copies already sold are not recalled.

You agree to these publishing terms, including how reads on the store work, when you sign off and submit your book for publication.

Do not use the Studio to break the law, infringe rights, upload malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or abuse the AI features (for example to generate unlawful material). We may suspend or close accounts that do.

The Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we are in active development, and features may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
