Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ebooks, audiobooks, and the files produced in the writing studio are delivered digitally. They are available in your account as soon as they are ready and, where a purchase completes a file, immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipment and no delivery charge for digital goods.

Reading and listening on the PR Publishing House store happen online through your account for as long as your subscription is active.

Printed copies are made to order (print on demand). You request a quote for the quantity and specification you want, we confirm a firm price, and production begins after you pay. Because each order is manufactured specifically for you, we do not hold stock and cannot ship before an order is placed and paid.

The delivery charge and estimated timeline for your order are shown to you as part of the quote before you pay, so you always know the total and the expected schedule before confirming.

After payment is confirmed, your order is sent for production and then dispatched to the delivery address you provided. The production and delivery estimate confirmed in your quote depends on the quantity, the specification, and your location.

We deliver across India through third-party courier partners. Once your order is dispatched we share a tracking reference where the courier provides one. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by the courier, the destination PIN code, and events outside our control.

Please give a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or by the recipient being unavailable. If an order is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; any additional courier charge for re-delivery may apply.

If a printed order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was confirmed in your quote, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photographs. Confirmed manufacturing defects or errors on our side are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
