Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PR Publishing House handles your personal data when you use the writing studio and publishing service. Contact for any privacy question: prpublishinghousedelhi@gmail.com.

Account details you give us: your name (and pen name), email, mobile number, and the profile details that appear on your book's copyright page and cover.

Your content: the manuscripts, recordings, and text you upload or write in the Studio, and the books you produce.

Usage data: basic technical logs and records of the AI generation steps you run, used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and manage cost.

To provide the Studio: to store and format your work, run the AI steps you ask for, produce your book, and (when you choose) publish it with an ISBN under our imprint.

To run and improve the service: to keep it secure, fix problems, and understand usage. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your manuscripts to train third-party AI models.

When you run an AI step, the relevant text is sent to our AI providers to generate the result and returned to you. We choose providers that process the request for that purpose only. Your book text is not published anywhere until you choose to publish it.

Your account and content are stored with our infrastructure provider using access controls so that each author can reach only their own books. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, though no service can promise perfect security.

We use a web analytics tool, Google Analytics, to understand how readers and writers find and use the site so we can improve it. It sets a few first-party cookies on your device (named _ga and _ga_<id>) that help us recognise return visits and measure things like which pages are viewed and how people arrived.

These cookies are used only for our own analytics. We do not use them for advertising, we do not sell this data, and we do not currently use any marketing or advertising cookies. If we add those later, we will ask for your consent first.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work without them.

You can edit your profile, export your book files, and delete your unpublished books at any time from the Studio. To request access to or deletion of your account data, email us. Note that a published book with an assigned ISBN is a permanent public record and cannot be withdrawn from the registry.

We will update this policy as the service grows and will note the date of the latest version above.

We acknowledge complaints and respond within the timelines required under applicable Indian law, including the IT Rules 2021 and the DPDP Act.
