Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when an order can be cancelled and whether a refund applies. It covers the publishing packages and services you buy in the writing studio, the reader subscription, and orders for printed copies. "We", "us", and "our" mean PR Publishing House. "You" means the person placing the order.

Because our services are custom and are produced for you the moment you place an order, the general rule is simple: you can cancel before the work or service begins, but once we have started, the fee is non-refundable. The sections below explain what "begins" means for each kind of order.

A publishing package and its services (AI-assisted writing and formatting, cover art, editing, ISBN assignment, audiobook narration, and similar) are delivered digitally and are prepared specifically for your book. They are non-refundable once the service has begun, which includes any AI generation run, any file we produce for you, or the assignment of an ISBN.

An ISBN is a permanent registry record and cannot be withdrawn or refunded once it has been assigned. Fees already consumed against work delivered are not refundable even if you choose not to publish the finished book.

If you have paid for a package but no service on it has begun, contact us and we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.

The reader subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current billing period, and there is no part-period (pro-rata) refund. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Printed copies are produced to order (print on demand) after you confirm a quote and pay. Because each order is manufactured specifically for you, a print order can be cancelled only before it is sent for production. Once production has begun it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If a printed order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was confirmed in your quote, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photographs. Where a manufacturing defect or an error on our side is confirmed, we will reprint and re-ship the affected copies, or refund them, at no additional cost to you. This does not cover author-supplied content errors that were present in the approved files.

Email us at the address below with your order reference and the reason. We acknowledge refund and cancellation requests within 2 business days. Where a refund is due, we process it to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval; the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
